*A no-call/no-show will result in a 100% cancelation fee.
*A cancelation less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% cancelation fee.
*A cancelation less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% cancelation fee.
*If the card used to reserve your appointment has insufficient funds, the 100% cancelation fee will be required in order to make any future appointments.
